How Standup AI works

1. Paste updates — drop what people wrote today (chat exports, docs, or free-form lines). Prefer done / doing / blocked language when you have it.
2. Generate the roll-up — Standup AI merges the paste into one daily summary with blockers and risks first, then Doing, then Done.
3. Share — copy Markdown, Slack-friendly, or email-friendly text into the channel your team already reads.

The format is inspired by the classic three-question standup that many teams still use, while the 2020 Scrum Guide lets Developers pick any structure that inspects progress and produces a next-day plan (Scrum Guide). Standup AI does not run your board, poll Slack on a schedule, or force people to post.
